Ordering Policy

 Orders received for in-stock merchandise before 2:00 p.m. (CST) will be shipped out same day via USPS Priority Mail Shipping.  Special order and custom items will take longer as they have to be ordered/made but will ship asap via USPS Priority Mail Shipping.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unaltered items within 10 days of delivery for a full store credit at jewelers discretion.  Any alterations (sizing) or visible wear will result in a loss of return.  Special order and custom items are NOT available for return.  

Sale items are NOT eligible for return as sale items are FINAL SALE. 

Due to the seasonal nature of the Kendra Scott line the 10 day return limit will be strictly enforced.

You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You may also return your item in-store at Hill's In-House Jewelers.


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that if you live in the local area (Laurel, Mississippi), you may choose in-store pickup.  Although we try to keep all items in stock, certain items may not be readily available for same day pickup.
