Ordering Policy
Orders received for in-stock, unaltered merchandise before 2:00 p.m. (CST) will be shipped out next day via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or it may be picked up in-store using the local pick-up option. Special order and custom items will take longer as they have to be ordered/made but will ship asap via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unaltered items within 15 days of delivery for a full store credit or exchange at jewelers discretion, restocking fees may apply. Cash refunds will not be given. Any alterations (sizing) or visible wear will result in a loss of return. Special order and custom items are NOT available for return. Unless item is defective, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Sale items are NOT eligible for return as sale items are FINAL SALE.
Due to the seasonal nature of the Kendra Scott brand the 15 day return limit will be strictly enforced.
You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item. Unless an item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
You may also return your item in-store at Hill's In-House Jewelers.

Layaway Policy
1. Initial deposit must be at least 20% of the total and the entire 20% deposit must be received before the item will be pulled from inventory. Payments must then be paid monthly, or layaway will be forfeited.
2. Hill's In-House Jewelers will hold fine jewelry layaway items for the length of 1 year. Hill's In-House Jewelers will hold fashion jewelry and pre-loved designer handbags for the length of 3 months.
3. All layaway deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NO STORE CREDIT will be give. No exceptions. The item is pulled from inventory and the deposit guarantees it will be held for you if all terms and conditions are met.
4. Any layaway not paid in full within the given period will be placed back into stock unless other arrangements have been made. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any monies paid to Hill's In-House Jewelers.
5. Items will not be altered (i.e. ring sizing, chain shortening) until layaway is paid in full.
6. Hill's In-House Jewelers will not send reminder letters (we don't want to ruin a surprise).
