We are honored to support the amazing causes in our local community. Each year we receive hundreds of charitable donation requests and that number continues to grow. We have tried and considered various door prize/silent auction items through the years but we are usually disappointed by the amount raised for each item. We have recently discovered a solution that benefits everyone involved and provides a generous donation to your organization. In lieu of door prize or silent auction items we now host Community Give Back Events.
Hill's In-House Jewelers Community Give Back
If you have a cause close to your heart and would like to host an event, please complete the form and provide as much information as possible. Although we would love to assist each cause, events are limited and we will not be able to host every request.
Please note, we welcome one event per organization annually and we do not partner with political causes.

How does a Community Give Back event work?
We invite you to host a Hill’s In-House Jewelers Community Give Back event with us!! Hill’s In-House Jewelers offers three event options to raise funds for your charitable cause.
Option 1: Kendra Scott Pre-Sale - select one Kendra Scott Signature Fashion item to pre-sale and receive 20% of all sales.
Option 2: Kendra Scott In-Store Promotion - select a date (please provide numerous date options as we may not have your first choice available) with a two hour time period and have your organization participate in selling and promoting any of our Kendra Scott items in-store. An online code will also be provided for those who would like to shop online to support the cause. Your organization will receive 20% of all Kendra Scott sales within the two hour window and 20% of all online Kendra Scott sales from the entire day of your event. (Our recent events have earned $400-$700)
Option 3: Spark Permanent Bracelet - select a date (please provide numerous date options as we may not have your first choice available) with a two hour time period. This can be done in-store or at an approved location (minimum required). Your organization will receive 15% of all Spark Permanent Bracelet sales within the two hour window. (Our recent events have earned $250-$500)
Hill’s In-House Jewelers reviews each request for a Community Give Back event. Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right to refuse to host a Community Give Back event or provide product donations for any reason, in its sole discretion.
The following guidelines apply to any Hill’s In-House Jewelers Community Give Back event:
• Requesting organization or individual’s cause must be a 501(c)(3) organization and fall within our giving pillars in these categories: Education & Entrepreneurship, Health & Wellness, and/or Empowerment.
• We welcome one event per approved organization annually
• Requests must be made at a minimum one month in advance of desired event date.
• You agree to comply with any other requirement as may be provided to you by Hill’s In-House Jewelers.
