Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan

If you're looking to make a new jewelry purchase, then you may consider adding the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan.  The Care Plan can only be added at the time of purchase.  JM Care Plan covers the care and maintenance of your jewelry or watch to keep it in like-new condition as well as protecting against accidental damage. It offers you coverage beyond a typical manufacturer warranty.

What's Covered?*

  • Ring re-sizing
  • Rhodium plating
  • Refinishing and polishing
  • Loss of stones due to a defective setting
  • Broken, bent or worn prongs
  • Cracked or thinning band or shank
  • Broken clasps, bracelets or chains
  • Replacing cracked or chipped stones
  • Broken earring posts
  • Pearl restringing

How it Works?

  1. Purchase Coverage - Purchase your JM Care Plan at the same time you purchase your watch or jewelry. Keep your receipt as proof of purchase. You'll need it to file a claim. (Pricing depends on the value of your jewelry or watch. See your preferred jeweler for pricing details.​)
  2. Wear Worry-Free - You do you, without worry. Rest assured you're protected from the unexpected.
  3. File a Claim - Contact your jeweler to begin the process. If you cannot return to your jeweler, you can file a claim by contacting Jewelers Mutual Group at 800.582.4916.

The Lifetime Care Plan DOES NOT cover loss - we highly recommend speaking with your local insurance agent for loss coverage.
