Online Ordering Policy
Orders received for in-stock, unaltered merchandise before 2:00 p.m. (CST) will be shipped out next day via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or it may be picked up in-store using the local pick-up option. Special order and custom items will take longer as they have to be ordered/made but will ship asap via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Return Policy
You may exchange most new, unaltered items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit or exchange at jewelers discretion, restocking fees may apply. Cash refunds will not be given. Any alterations (sizing) or visible wear will result in a loss of return. Special order and custom items are not available for return. Unless item is defective, return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Sale items are not eligible for return as sale items are FINAL SALE.
You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item. Unless an item is defective, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
