CRACK THE SAFE — OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Hill’s In-House Jewelers “Crack the Safe” Promotion (“Promotion”) begins October 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (“Promotion Period”).
Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the Promotion or its administration.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States, except residents of states or jurisdictions where the Promotion is prohibited or restricted by law.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Hill’s In-House Jewelers, its owners, officers, employees, immediate family members, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.
Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or potential winner.
Limit to one (1) winner per household.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible participants may enter once per day through each of the three available entry methods, for a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day.
The three entry methods are:
A. IN-STORE ENTRY
Visit Hill’s In-House Jewelers during regular business hours and submit your guess for the current safe combination using the designated entry method provided in-store.
B. FACEBOOK ENTRY
Visit the official Hill’s In-House Jewelers Facebook page and locate the designated daily “Crack the Safe” Promotion post.
To enter via Facebook, comment on the designated daily post with your guess for the current safe combination.
Only one Facebook entry per person per day is permitted.
C. ONLINE ENTRY
Visit HillsInHouseJewelers.com and complete the designated “Crack the Safe” entry form, including the required information and your guess for the current safe combination.
Only one online entry per person per day is permitted.
Participants may use all three entry methods each day.
4. DAILY ENTRY LIMIT
A participant may submit a maximum of three (3) entries per day—one through each eligible entry method.
Each entry must contain a guess for the current safe combination.
Multiple entries through the same entry method by the same person on the same day are not permitted.
Any attempt to obtain additional entries through multiple names, identities, email addresses, Facebook accounts, or other methods may result in disqualification.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, automated, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified.
5. THE SAFE AND THE COMBINATION
At the beginning of the Promotion, the safe will have a three-digit combination.
Participants will attempt to correctly guess the current combination.
The first eligible participant to submit the correct combination will win the prize currently inside the safe, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
Once the safe has been successfully cracked, Hill’s In-House Jewelers will place a new prize inside the safe and establish a new combination.
The combination will become progressively more difficult throughout the Promotion and may contain an increasing number of digits.
For example:
3 digits → 4 digits → 5 digits → additional digits as determined by Hill’s In-House Jewelers.
The prize and combination may change each time the safe is successfully cracked.
6. DETERMINING THE WINNER
The winner of each round will be the first eligible entrant whose valid entry containing the correct combination is received by Hill’s In-House Jewelers.
The official date and time of receipt will be determined by the timestamp recorded by the applicable entry system.
For Facebook entries, the timestamp associated with the eligible Facebook comment will be used.
For online entries, the timestamp recorded by the online entry system will be used.
For in-store entries, the time the entry is received by Hill’s In-House Jewelers will be recorded by the designated in-store entry system or procedure.
If multiple correct entries are received with identical timestamps or if the exact order of receipt cannot reasonably be determined, Hill’s In-House Jewelers will determine the winner using a fair procedure of its choosing.
Hill’s In-House Jewelers' determination of the order of receipt and winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
7. HINTS
From time to time during the Promotion, Hill’s In-House Jewelers may provide hints or clues intended to help participants identify the current safe combination.
Hints may be provided through social media, in-store, online, email, or other promotional channels selected by Hill’s In-House Jewelers.
Hill’s In-House Jewelers is not required to provide hints on any particular schedule or for every combination.
Hints are intended to assist participants but do not guarantee that the combination will be discovered.
8. PRIZES
Prizes are as follows and in no specific order:
One (1) Gabriel and Company Sterling Silver Bujukan Beaded Double Circle Necklace ($199),
One (1) Sterling Silver Freshwater Pearl Ring ($299),
One (1) Sterling Silver Gold Tone Laboratory Grown Round Brilliant Diamond Necklace ($299),
One (1) Sterling Silver 1.00cttw Laboratory Grown Round Brilliant Diamond Necklace and Earring Set ($405), and One (1) 10K Yellow Gold and Natural Diamond Necklace ($699)
The prize will be placed inside the safe and may change each time the safe is successfully cracked.
Prize descriptions and approximate retail values may be announced with each round.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash except at the sole discretion of Hill’s In-House Jewelers. Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
Any taxes or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Potential winners may be notified by phone, email, Facebook message, or other contact information provided at the time of entry.
A potential winner may be required to provide valid identification and/or complete any required affidavit of eligibility, liability release, or publicity release before receiving the prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited.
10. PROMOTION ENDING
The Promotion ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time.
If the safe has not been successfully cracked before the Promotion ends, the prize will not be awarded to any participant.
11. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of its affiliates.
By participating through Facebook, each entrant releases Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability related to the Promotion.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Hill’s In-House Jewelers, its owners, employees, officers, agents, representatives, affiliates, and advertising and promotional partners from any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
Hill’s In-House Jewelers is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or technically compromised entries; website interruptions; Facebook outages; technical failures; or any other condition that may interfere with participation.
13. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, attempts to interfere with the operation of the Promotion, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, fraudulent, or abusive manner.
Hill’s In-House Jewelers reserves the right to correct typographical, clerical, or printing errors in promotional materials or these Official Rules.
All decisions made by Hill’s In-House Jewelers regarding the Promotion and its administration are final, subject to applicable law.
14. WINNER PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Hill’s In-House Jewelers to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, and/or statement for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
15. ACCESSIBILITY AND ACCOMMODATIONS
Hill’s In-House Jewelers is committed to making the “Crack the Safe” Promotion accessible to eligible participants. Requests for accommodations will be considered in accordance with applicable law. Participants will not be required to disclose the nature of their disability beyond information reasonably necessary to provide the requested accommodation.
16. PRIVACY
Information collected through the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and for other purposes described in Hill’s In-House Jewelers' applicable privacy policy and/or as otherwise permitted by law.

Once the safe is cracked, a new prize goes inside and the combination gets harder.
